WHAT is a Pilgrims Landing, you ask?

- Our community of 22 small to medium sized condominiums is located in a quaint country town of less than 15,000 people. Our town has less than 5 gas stations and no Wally-mart but we have nice churches, schools, and lots of country atmosphere. The housing units are all very unique ranging from small 1000 sq ft to more than 1400 sq ft attached town houses. We are located right off CT Route 6 approxiamtely 10 miles north of Waterbury and 15 miles west of Hartford, CT.
